Schedule

  • At the listed class time, group warm up starts.
  • If you walk in late, 100 Burpees for time
  • After group warm up, we will go over technique and get last minute questions/equipment ready
  • You should always be prepared for the WOD, come a few minutes before class time to get equipment set up.  So that after we get warmed up, we are ready to go.
  • WOD will start 10-15 minutes after the listed class time.  And again, if you are late for the warm up you will not be permitted to do the WOD
