Lindsey Hanlon 

Lindsey is the proud owner and head trainer at CrossFit Invigorate.  She is a certified Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Instructor.  Lindsey's passion and love for physical fitness and exercise started in high school when she began swimming.  With her amazing work ethic and dedication she became a Division 1 NCAA National Qualifier in the breaststroke while at the University of South Carolina. 

Lindsey's love for working out and helping others lead her to CrossFit and gave her the courage and determination to open her very own CrossFit Box right here in Canonsburg.  Her dedication to helping others achieve their goals and reach new levels of health and wellness is what makes Lindsey such an amazing coach and motivator. 

On top of of all of this she is also a proud mom and a dedicated wife.  Lindsey is looking forward in growing CrossFit Invigorate into the premier workout center in the South Hills and in creating a community of CrossFitters dedicated to motivating each other to be their best!

 

Dr. Mike Hanlon 

Dr. Mike Hanlon is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Coach.  Dr. Mike is also a practicing chiropractor who owns and operates Lifestyle Health Group located in the Donaldson's Crossroads Shopping Center in McMurray, PA.  Dr. Mike brings his knowledge of the human body, athletic performance, and nutrition to CrossFit Invigorate and its members.

"I am excited to be part of CrossFit Invigorate and in helping my wife create an amazing community of CrossFitters here in Washington County.  I only wish I got into CrossFit earlier, especially in my football and rugby playing days.  I truly believe CrossFit is the most effective and beneficial fitness program available today not only for athletes but anyone looking to get into the best shape of their life!"


Jesse Ingram

Jesse is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Kids Trainer, and a USAW Sport Performance Coach. Soccer was his primary athletic pursuit in high school and college. After a career ending injury during his sophomore year of college, Jesse turned to traditional weightlifting as his athletic and competitive outlet.

He tried CrossFit for the first time during his junior year of college, and now uses the CrossFit methodology as his primary mode of training. He is passionate about helping others achieve peak levels of fitness and wellness in all areas of life. He sees CrossFit as the best way to reach one's physical fitness goals.

Jesse loves the South, sweet tea, and bacon. He looks forward to contributing to the awesome community at CrossFit Invigorate by helping others to see their value and better their lives by achieving greater levels of fitness!


Bobby Wasik

Bobby is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit Invigorate. Bobby is also a career firefighter in the City of Washington. Bobby was introduced to CrossFit back in 2009 by a close friend and fellow firefighter. Although at first intimidated by some of the "crazy" workouts, he sometimes added these workouts to his normal routine. It wasn't until September of 2012, while battling back from illness that he truly realized what fully accepting CrossFit would do for his own health and personal athleticism. His love for competition has been derived from years of athletic sport activity, so the competitive nature of CrossFit is a perfect match.

I now realize that your health and well-being is everything. Every decision you make, has an effect on your health. Ryan Hoglund, MS, PES

Level 1 CrossFit ® Trainer

Ryan brings over 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a coach and wellness coordinator to CrossFit Invigorate.

Ryan has a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford where he was a 4 year letterman for the schools baseball team. He also has a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Ryan is pursuing his MBA from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska.

Ryan is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
